CreekFire recently released RV site, tent, and cabin nightly pricing on the website and social media accounts. The resort hopes to start accepting guest reservations on the website starting sometime later this summer with hopes of hosting the first guests in late summer or early fall. Construction is moving along steadily with all contractors working every week; the building contractor, underground contractor, and offsite utilities contractor. The clubhouse has both floors framed and the pool and pool building should come out of the permit office within the next few weeks. The lakehouse will be the final piece that will need to be built but will not be necessary to open the campground for everyday operations, initially. The resort is also taking pre-opening VIP memberships that are offered at a discounted rate and will be good for all of 2018. These have turned out to be a hit since the $500 membership includes discounts on food and beverage, store purchases, as well as Sprinter shuttle rides to downtown if needed.
CreekFire’s nightly pricing is broken out based on pad type and location, which makes a decision for a prospective customer quite easy since all sites throughout the park are of equal site size. The resort plans to have several amenities included with the nightly rate and then for specific amenities the customer will have the opportunity to pay an hourly or daily rate.
The nightly prices are listed as follows:
RV site concrete lakeside: $70 per night
RV site concrete pull through: $62 per night
RV site concrete back in: $60 per night
RV site gravel pull through: $54 per night
RV site gravel back in: $52 per night
Cabin rates: From $120 per night to $200 and up
Tent site: $35 per night
